Testimonials

As the Red Cross Co-ordinator, I had the opportunity to employ Ross to facilitate all levels of First Aid.  His background, having worked full-time on road with the NZ Ambulance service, as an Intermediate level Paramedic, gave him skills in which to lecture students in these courses.

It became obvious to everyone around Ross, that he has an amazing life story and life skills, and quickly became the preferred facilitator for Red Cross’s major clients throughout QLD.  His ability to lecture is second to none.

Hearing his intention to create an education centre for recently diagnosed cancer patients meant a huge loss for Red Cross but a massive gain for anyone on this journey.  When teaching any subject, integrity within industry, comes with walking the walk.

Ross’s experience as a cancer survivor, his training in the medical profession and his ability to inspire those around him to higher achievements, is a skill very few people have.

It takes a very special person with a passion for their job, a determination to spread that to others and the personality to welcome everyone and make them learn in an environment that is unstructured.

We were there for 16 hours and yet it flew by, I have never attended anything where the trainer has ever been able to achieve that, ever!  He was amazing.

There are not enough people in the world with the ability to teach 12 adults and have all of us engaged the entire time.

This guy was magnificent, I never lost focus at all, he was captivating.

Thanks

Lisa

I felt very honoured to have such a well trained informed instructor sharing his knowledge with us.  As he says “he has walked the walk, not just talked the talk”.

I felt very proud to have someone representing our organisation so well to the general public.

Thanks again Ross for your contribution to the excellence and quality of training.
